It’s very common for the Welland and District Humane Society to care for animals with broken bones, but this story was a bit out of the ordinary.

They recently discovered a cat their their care was actually missing a bone from one of it’s legs. They had to amputate the leg in order to avoid future complications.

The Society has posted a video about Neo the cat on their Facebook page. Neo is now up for adoption.

Missing Ulna Bone Cat

We've seen our share of broken leg bones in the shelter, but imagine our surprise when we took THESE x-rays.
