The Town of Pelham is set to host their annual Municipal Drain Open House next week.
It’s an opportunity for members of the public to learn more about drains, how they’re maintained and ask any questions they may have.
It’s happening on Tuesday December 11th, with everything getting underway at 4 p.m. in the Council Chambers at Town Hall.
Barb Wiens, the Director of Community Planning and Development, explains why the Town hosts this meeting every year.
“There are a number of Municipal Drains in the Town and the annual Municipal Drainage Open House is an opportunity for residents to receive information on Municipal Drain maintenance that has occurred in the past year. It is also to provide information to the Drainage Superintendent regarding needed Municipal Drain maintenance and to ask questions and receive information regarding the Municipal Drains in the Town.”
