They’ve launched a public survey to gather community input. You can go online to stopanimalcruelty.ca.
The survey takes about 10 minutes to complete and is open to adults living in Ontario.
The study comes a week after a Superior Court ruling calling the OSPCA’s current approach to enforcement unconstitutional.
The province has a year to make changes.
