First quarter homes prices in Niagara are up nearly 18 per cent compared to the same time last year.  A Royal LePage survey shows the average home price was up to just under $398,000.

But, numbers from the Niagara Association of Realtors showed a less than one per cent drop in sale prices in March when looking at the same month in 2017.  In the same time period, home sales were down about 32 per cent, which the NAR blames on a lack of inventory.
