NDP Leader Andrea Horwath says children in Niagara face alarming wait times for mental health services and this needs to change.  Horwath met with the Pathstone Mental Health team today and toured the Branscombe Mental Health Centre in St. Catharines.  Horwath says many families are forced to wait nearly a year for services their children need to thrive.  She says the NDP is committed to creating a standalone Ministry of Mental Health and Addiction Services.
